1. Do you ship locally or also internationally?

We prioritize Australian shipping, but we also do international as well. 

2. Do you have a store I can visit to test the products?

We are an ecommerce brand at this stage, but if you are in Canberra, we have arranged for our products to be stocked in a market shop at Tuggeranong in 2024. Exact date will be revealed once available.

3. How do you ship items?

We aim to use the Sendle network where we can incorporate their compostable bags and utilize their carbon neutral shipping method. A portion of the profit will be donated to a good charitable cause such as the Mount Sandy Conservation.

4. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, we do, just reach out to us through diana@indraluxe.com to arrange or utilize our chat and we take it from there. However, it should be done within the same month of purchase. 

5. Your products are tailored to Eurasian skin, will it work on other skin?

Yes, our vision is to provide products for minority groups like Eurasian since there is not much products out there that caters to their skin. However, our balanced skincare approach is suited for anyone looking to resolve their dehydrated, sensitive, and over worked skin. 

6. What payment types do you accept?

We accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept UnionPay, ApplePay, and GooglePay. In the future, we aim to also add PayPal as an option as well. Please note that there is a 1% surcharge when using your credit card.

7. How do I know when my package is shipped?

We will provide you with an email confirmation of your order and shipping status. 

8. What are your business hours?

We don't have set business hours as we do online trading. However, we do have a chat available 24/7 and you are welcome to send a message or question and the next available agent can see it and respond to you as soon as they are able to.

9. Do you provide samples?

We don't offer sachet samples at this stage, but we do have a little sample pack that you can purchase at an affordable price.
